- You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance, after which you will be charged the full price for missed appointments.
- We do not provide medical services, only consultative services.
- We do not prescribe medications.
- We do not complete any paperwork or write any medical letters.
- A full refund will be given if there are technical difficulties that prevent a successful appointment.
- All information provided by our consultative services are not final and should be followed up with your primary care provider.
- We will remove and cancel all services if there is unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, spam, or use of inappropriate language.
